AI agents that reach production
Most businesses we speak to have already tried AI. They got a demo that impressed everyone in the room, and then it never shipped. The model was never the hard part — the hard part is the edge cases, the connections to systems you already run, and who looks after it in six months.
We work one process at a time. Pick the one costing you real hours, automate it properly, put it live, and maintain it. Fixed price, agreed before anything starts.
What we automate
Document & invoice processing
"Two people spend half their week retyping supplier invoices and matching them to purchase orders."
- Email and scan intake, with extraction and validation
- Coding and push into your accounting system
- An exception queue for anything the system isn't sure about
- A full audit log of what was read and what was decided
Workflow automation
"Our tools don't talk to each other. Everything is copy-paste between email, the CRM and a spreadsheet."
- The handoffs between your existing systems, automated
- Monitoring, so you find out when something breaks
- A written handover your team can actually follow
Customer support agent
"The same thirty questions, in two languages, at eleven at night."
- An assistant grounded in your real content, not general knowledge
- Escalation to a human with the conversation attached
- AI disclosure built in, as the EU AI Act requires
Private knowledge base
"The answer exists, in a PDF from 2019 that nobody can find, written by someone who has retired."
- A private index over your document store
- Permissions respected — people only see what they should
- Every answer cited back to the source document
Voice agent
"We miss calls after six, and every missed call is a booking that went to someone else."
- Inbound call answering in Greek and English
- Booking written straight into your calendar
- Call summary into your CRM
Lead qualification & CRM
"Sales spends most of the week researching and typing instead of selling."
- Enquiries enriched, scored and routed automatically
- A drafted reply ready for a human to send
- Written back to your CRM without manual entry
Who we build this for
Cyprus has an unusual concentration of businesses handling confidential material — which is exactly why generic AI tools so often stall here.
Shipping & ship management
Charter parties, statements of fact and bunker invoices read automatically; crew certificate expiry tracked; port agent email triaged.
Forex, fintech & investment firms
Client onboarding and KYC document processing, and an assistant over your own rulebook. Everything inside your tenancy, which keeps it simple in your third-party register.
Accounting & audit
Bookkeeping intake, VAT workflow automation, and a copilot over your workpapers that never sends client data anywhere you don't control.
Law firms
A private knowledge base over matter files with citations and role-aware permissions, plus document review triage and client intake.
Hospitality & tourism
Bilingual booking and reception voice agents, after-hours enquiry handling, review responses and OTA message triage.
Clinics & medical
Appointment handling, referral letter drafting and patient FAQs — with patient data kept on infrastructure you own.
How we work
We start by looking at the process rather than the technology: where the hours go, what the failure cases are, and whether automating it is actually worth it. Sometimes the answer is that it isn't, and we'll say so before you've spent anything.
If it is worth doing, you get a fixed quote, a written scope you sign off, and a build that goes live in three to six weeks for a typical single-process automation. After that it rolls into the same flat-fee care plans as the rest of our work.
Oceannet runs its own agentic pipelines in production — multi-stage systems that research, generate, check their output against quality gates and ship without a human in the loop, with cost accounting and telemetry throughout. That, plus years of running production infrastructure for Cyprus businesses, is the experience we bring.
