Private AI that runs on your infrastructure

A lot of firms in Cyprus can't use ordinary AI tools, and the reason is usually simpler than regulation. Ship managers, law firms, audit and accounting practices, investment firms and clinics are bound — contractually or professionally — not to put client material into somebody else's system.

That doesn't mean you can't use AI. It means the AI has to come to your data, instead of your data going to the AI. We deploy open-weight models inside your own cloud account, so nothing confidential ever crosses a boundary you don't control.

    Three ways to deploy it

These are genuinely different commitments, and the difference in cost between them is large. Picking the right one is most of the value we add.

    EU-region hosted

Inference through an endpoint hosted in the EU, with no retention of your prompts or documents.

Suits: Most requirements, where the concern is data residency rather than a contractual bar on third parties.

Cost: Nothing to buy, nothing to run.

    What we build most

    Inside your own cloud account

Open-weight models deployed into your own AWS or EU cloud tenancy. Your documents, your search index and the model all sit inside a boundary you own.

Suits: Firms who are contractually or professionally barred from putting client material into someone else's system.

Cost: Build cost plus your own cloud spend. No per-token bill to a third party.

    On-premise hardware

A physical machine on your own network, capable of running fully offline.

    Suits: Genuinely air-gapped environments. Rare.

Cost: Hardware, plus someone to look after it. Usually not worth it.

    Why firms ask for this

    Confidentiality, before compliance

The most common reason isn't a regulation — it's that a ship manager's charter party, a law firm's due-diligence bundle or an audit firm's workpapers simply cannot be handed to a third party. That objection exists whatever the data protection position happens to be.

Fewer third parties to account for

Every external AI tool your firm adopts becomes another supplier to assess and record. A deployment that runs inside your own tenancy doesn't add one, which removes a procurement conversation rather than starting one.

A data-flow map you can hand over

We document exactly where each piece of data travels, what is stored, for how long and by whom. That document is usually what your compliance officer, your insurer or your client's due-diligence questionnaire actually wants to see.

We will talk you out of the expensive option

Most businesses do not need their own hardware, and selling it to them is an easy way to turn a small project into a large invoice. In nearly every case the right answer is open-weight models running inside your own cloud account: it gives you the same answer to "where is our data", with nothing to maintain in a cupboard and no capital outlay.

We'll tell you which tier you actually need — including when that answer is the cheapest one, or when automating the process at all isn't worth what it would cost you.
